HI THERE RUNNERS! I DID MY FIRST 21K RUN IT WAS A GREAT RUN I MADE THIS YEAR. I DID A 2:40MINS RUN FOR A FRIST TIME TO RUN A 21K AT MY AGE I DID IT. HOPE TO MEET YOU MS BULLRUNNER. SEE YOU IN THE NEXT RUN.

Oh no. Didn’t see you guys as well as Bau. I ran the 21k and had a banyo break so my time and pace was off. But am now looking at possible longer distances I hope.
